waiting for my card and copy of our agreement

I joined clientel legal early January 2016 still has not receive the copy of our agreement they promised to email me and the card they already debited my account on the 22 of January of which is not the date we agreed up on and I was not happy the way their consultant guy who contected me he sounded in a rush to finish everything even with our conversation he was in the hurry and I do not want my account to be devoted before our agreement date no matter there's money in my account the debit order should go off on the date we agreed upon
