Very disappointed

Good day Am very disappointed in Cliental Life. My mother is with them for many years now. She phone in today to ask about her policy. One of the consulted spoke to her on the phone, he ask if he can't get someone who can speak afrikaans to her, she said yes. She is still waiting for them to phone her back.

This is very unprofessional as a company so big..!!
