Very disappointed 😥
Worst account department ever to deal with. Quick to take you premiums, and then they debit your account in advance. 2 months in a row now they have done that😡. And when you ask them about they can't give you straight forward answers, sorry for the in convenience caused. Even though the debit order is scheduled for a certain date they still debit in advance and tell you there is nothing they can do about it. When you ask them to change the debit order they can't even do that, because the system that they can't confirm Detail, you have to change your banking details to change debit order date. If they are like this how will there legal assistance be. Been with them since 2019.

26 Oct 2021, 09:33Dear Sonja V,
Thank you for raising your concerns and for bringing this matter to our attention We have since made contact to provide you with feedback regarding the concern raised.
We confirmed that the debit date on the policy was the 26th of each month as agreed. However, it is important to note that Clientèle Life uses various billings mechanisms such as NAEDO (Non-Authenticated Early Debit Orders) and Resubmissions to recover premiums. NAEDO is a debit mechanism that allows us to track a client’s account for a period of time (before the due debit date), to minimize the risks of penalty charges associated with unmet debit orders. A penalty charge in this instance will only be deducted by the bank if the premium remains unpaid by the client’s selected debit date. Should premiums be received earlier, these amounts will then be allocated to the month’s premium it was intended for. As part of our internal process, at the application stage our Sales Consultants are required to disclose to clients that they will be placed on NAEDO.
We however do understand your frustration and apologize for any inconvenience caused.
It is unfortunate that you have decided to terminate our services, should you wish to continue with the policy we encourage you to urgently contact us and we will gladly welcome you back as a valued client. We trust that this is all you require at this time however feel free to contact us again should you need any further assistance. Yours sincerely, Judith MboweniService Support Specialist
