Very disappointed

Itjooo I never thought clientele legal and clientele as whole is a ****🤔🤔after 12 years if being with them.. I have a situation that I was dealing with for few years ago and was not sure Abt it and after being sure I called them to ask them help me and they took my case and my spouse case and after few weeks of delay they call me and said I missed a payment last yr June and now if February,, they can't help me while they hv been deductinf money all along without any missed payments... They did the same to me after my son passed away due to escom negligence.. They fail to appoint lawyer to assist me.. Actually clientele legal they dnt hv lawyers.. They just lie on their advert.. Every time I have a case they wl come up with excuse not to appoint lawyers... Wat a waste of my premiums all these year.. To even think that I recruited it a lot of people... Those people wl hate me for recruiting them to ds ****...
