Ref: P ********** hi :) I have been with Clientele legal for over 5 yrs, In January 2019 i have logged a case against VW finance, I was once retrenched and i have brought the matter to VW in 2017, the agreement was that they(VW) will load a 50% waver for 3 months only and from there i will have to pay my installments in full and they've request that i submit Retrenchment letter, that was in Feb 2017 and everything was done both telephonically and elec(email). Fast forward nothing was loaded and i have contacted them theyve apologise and promised to load and momth goes by and still nothing was loaded. Since i was not working i have phoned them and advise that i will have to revise everything since i dont have any form of income they will have to work it on thier side so that i can pay those 3 installments at the end of my contract it was greed telephonically., Now theyve summons me with a letter of demand attached the vehicle and canceled the contract. I have tried to contact them however they have no interest in my story.

I have brought the matter to Clientele Legal, they have asked for summon and the issue im defending i have submitted everything to them this was in Feb 2019. Since then i have been calling Clientele Legal for feedback of which i get different stories from their different agents. I have never missed a day without calling they'll put me hold for over 20min and after they'll advised that someone assigned to this case contact me. I have spoken to few supervisors of which all of them promised to phone me back of which it never happened. Today i have spoken to Chris, on the 19th I have spoken to Puleng Leputa, none of this supervisors are keen to assist. later on today i have received a call from one of the lawyers he told me that they wont be able to assist me reason been that i have no sufficient information for that they cannot proceed with the matter, then I have asked: was VW or lawyers representing VW been contacted? and he said they haven't event done anything . I have email evident that i was promised for 50% waver and i have names of the ladies that we were exchanging email and the lawyer said as long as waver was promised telephonically not in writing for that they cannot help me. i am not happy as a client with clientele service thye dont know how to respond to thier client, this entity is been run like a ****a Shop
