<p>Clientele Legal is really ****. No direct lines to speak directly to laywers or lawyer assistant, person handling claim is never available. continuously promising to get back to you..... but never do.</p> <p>Await instructions but when instructions send they take forever to respond.</p> <p> </p> <p>Vela Nkosi never available as well as managers never available to deal with a matter while client endures sleepless nights not knowing where they stand.</p> <p>Really unsatisfactory service. Very Very Bad.</p> <p>Ive been giving services like this the benefit of doubt but it appears that they scheming is bigger than all the pyramid schemes combined.......</p> <p> </p> <p>All talk and no action on simple matters.
