Useless, unreliable service provider. In time of need DON'T call them.

Instead of giving the peace of mind they advertise they guaranteed me anxiety at every turn. Imagine paying religiously over a year and EVERY TIME you need help from advise to an actual lawyer, you get *****ed over. Every single time I need them they let me down now I am shopping around for alternative service providers. They sent me mediocre lawyers every time. Imagine being in a high risk pregnancy and being let down by 2 lawyers they sent to solve my labour matter. I don't have income because of the matter so it's serious but instead of peace of mind they added to it. I will not recommend them to anyone I know "except my enemy". And on top of that they only said "sorry". So called management just said "oops sorry". They let me down 4 times which is how many times I needed them. Everything from not getting back to me to giving me 2 joker lawyers.
