USELESS RUDE HOOLIGANS!!!
I took out a policy with them and added my husband on the policy. I logged my claim for my husband and asked them nicely to please contact him after 5pm because he works on site and is not allowed to take his phone with but they still called him whenever it best suits their mood.
I then received an email from Thabiso S. Ramoshaba saying that we should call them because they can't reach us. I called him back to advise AGAIN for the 4th time that my husband is only available after 5pm and he was soooo rude and told me to acknowledge that he would have knocked off by 5pm. I then asked if no one will assist after 5pm but he could not answer me, he just said "I don't know". He is the rudest thing I ever had to deal with.
When I took this policy, I was told that we get legal advise 24/7 and yet they can't help us after mere 5pm. This my first legal policy and I'm saddened to say that they have failed both me and my husband when we needed them the most an yet I ****en pay them every month WITH NO FAIL.
Whoever is planning to take a policy with them is just wasting their time. DO NOT! I am taking this to social media for false advertising.
