Useless Legal Services

The level of service and arrogance of employees at Clientele Legal is truly appalling. These employees remain arrogant because they know their company does nothing and takes no actions when clients complain. The annoying this is that when you complain about the interaction you have with one staff member they reassign the same ***********, pompous and arrogant individual back to your matter. Then that person makes it impossible for you to complete whatever matter you maybe be dealing with. I have been dealing with an employee called Janine Singh for the past six plus months. This on a matter where the third party was just waiting on them to contact him. Imagine if they now have to really fight for you, it would be hopeless and this encounter has been impossible thus far. She keeps giving nonsensical and unnecessary responses and replies over endless emails. She sometimes does not even leave her name on the replies, which I have complained endlessly about – but again Clientele Legal does not care about the complaints and grievances of its clients.
