Useless legal policy
I called on 19 July 2019 and requested one of their so called lawyer's to draft me a settlement agreement,and she said I must e-mail the documents relevant to mt request and I did! its been 6days I've been calling them but received no help they keep on saying they will call back.I am cancelling my policy this is poor service and their lawyer's are useless, their adverts are a lie, I mean does writting settlement agreement takes this long woow! useless! useless! I wont recomend it to any one waste of our hard earned money.
