Useless Legal insurance

<p>Clientele is absolutely USELESS - In short about a year ago I started the policy, when I got the policy documents many errors including my name my defendants names etc. - I requested this to be changed - received a "form letter" confirming it was changed and that I will receive an updated policy document within 24 hours - I left it at that as it seemed to be sorted. A year later I have a legal enquiry, logging onto their new online portal, I notice all the details I asked to be changed were still WRONG, I wrote an e-mail and got the SAME form letter promising a 24hr delivery of rectified documents - 24 hrs after I enquired again - 1 week later apart from 2 "form e-mails" I have not received the updated policy documents nor is the online policy updated ! </p> <p> </p> <p>Worst still ill at the same time I also lodged a legal enquiry and got a "form e-mail" promising a 48hr response - needless to say 48 hrs after I GOT NOthing - Enquiries again - same "form e-mail" another 48 hrs NOTHING! a call to the EMERGENCY number where I was told to send an e-Mail to ********** which after 1 week and 2 "form e- mails" remain unanswered! USELESS INSURANCE PLEASE AVOID! </p> <p> </p> <p>I am just glad I was not in jail or awaiting bail as a 1 week delay with NO RESPONSE would be awful...please avoid this horrible poor insurance I wil cancel mine if I get ANOTHER 24hr or 48 hr response that is NOT HONOURED!</p>
