Useles Service, Waist of money, Dont bother using them rather try another provider

<p>On Fri 2015-08-14 04:37 PM I emailed Clientele Legal for help regarding panel beating work which was done on my car. My car went in for minor repair work and the panel beater not only didn’t do a good job but the repair actually needs to be re-done and the panel beater also damaged other parts of my car which need to be replaced. So Clientele Legal said a complaint was lodged with the Ombudsman but they cannot supply me any proof that they actually lodged the the documents which they had me fill in nor can they supply me with a reference number which I can use to follow up on the case. They are now ignoring my emails.</p> <p> </p> <p>Then I had another problem which I needed Clientele Legal's help with, 15 March 2016 03:54 PM I emailed Clientele Legal for help regarding an early cancellation penalty for a Vodacom cell phone contract which I believed to be excessive. I had attached the quotation Vodacom had given me and Clientele Legal then gave me the forms to fill in in order for them to open a case with the National consumer commission, I have not received any news about this matter and when I requested any sort of reference number for the National consumer commission so I could follow up Clientele Legal could not supply me with any reference number or proof that they actually handed in my forms.</p> <p> <br />Then I have had another indecent which required Clientele Legal's help, on the 29 March 2016 08:04 AM I emailed them asking them to assist me with claiming pothole damage to my vehicle from the municipality, I emailed them quotes and damage assessments, and all the information they will need and they are not attending to the matter, my emails are ignored.</p> <p> <br />Here are three matters which Clientele Legal have proven that they are incapable of offering any sort of legal services. All these matters I could have downloaded the relevant forms filled them in and handed them in my self, so why am I even paying Clientele Legal. Just another scheme designed to ***** your money.</p>
