Thank you for raising your concerns.
At the outset we would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
We refer to the telephonic discussion with our Investigator (Lebo Mahlangu) and confirm that this matter has been referred to our Marketing and Media Department who receives their data from external suppliers. This data is sourced through multiple channels, namely, Credit Bureaus, Public Domain Information and Data Acquisitions.
Furthermore, we confirm that your details have been removed from our database. However, other companies who receive their information through the same channels may have your details and you could still be contacted for other promotional campaigns. Therefore, to prevent same from happening in future, please ensure that your information is listed on the "Do Not Contact" list.
It is important to note that all our suppliers must adhere to national legislation and their data is checked against the national "Do Not Contact" list hosted by the DMA. More information on this can be found at www.dmasa.org.
We trust you find this in order and that this matter has been resolved to your satisfaction. Should you require any further assistance, please feel free to contact us again.
