Unreliable
I am paying premiums. Now I need a lawyer immediately as they have promised to their adverts and marketing only to find that it is all lies. I have phoned head office and customer care response says they are closed for staff training I can send email or WhatsApp. Went to WhatsApp option it kept on saying one moment please. Went for email option got an automatic saying I must go for WhatsApp option. So infact there is no help at all. I am canceling the policy this is a nightmare
