Unprofessional Service - Business Left in The Cold

We have had the business cover for over a year now, and comp**** with all that was needed to efficiently run the business, which included the registration of mandate holders. Below are some of the issues that have been prolonged without any assistance:

- Mandate holders being changed/removed without notifying the business or authorised personnel - Confidential email being sent to an incorrect recipient - Due to the mandate holder issues; > relevant people could not get legal consultation for crucial matters > business could not fully enjoy benefits > attempts to reinstate Clientele's error(s) have fallen in dead ears for over 4 months

We have been sent from pillar to post, without help, yet are charged without fail for the services that we are no longer enjoying.
