Unprofessional service
I have joined a legal policy in 2022 and now when i seek legal advice, im assigned an unprofessional person who doesn't even listen to my legal matter instead she jumps to answer incorrect things. Then the line cut, i phone and they give me a new person every time, they don't bother to call back.
