Unprofessional Bad Service
I'm a client at Clientele or at least I thought. I had a rental agreement problem and needed advise. I phoned Clientele and was told I'm being transferred to one of their lawyers... The lady I spoke to didn't sound like a lawyer and made me repeat the same thing I've been telling her over and over again only to tell me at the end that I need to refer the matter to Rental Housing Tribunal. Why do I have them as my lawyers if the only thing they do is to refer me elsewhere? Their adverts are very misleading... Their in the business of making money and not helping you when you're in need.
