Unhelpful Agent
<p>I called to inquire about my policy I had canceled about a month or 2 ago, Agent Chulumancu was very unhelpful in assisiting me & when I asked him to put me through to his supervisor he went quiet on the phone basically ignoring me, when I asked him to spell out his name & surname he still would not do even that. I was thinking of reinstating my policy but after this im not sure</p>
