Unhappy with Clientele legal...

Clientele is playing a games with us... In 2015 I went to my ex wife to court.... I call them, they told me they can't represent me because she is in my cover.. I told them how can she be on my cover while I have decree of divorce.. They refuse... IN 2019 I want to sue someone who damaged my character.. They told me their policy is not covering that... Now 2020 I receive a traffic fine wrongful I contacted them to go with me to court on the 18 February.. Again they told me that the policy doesn't cover that.. I'm paying their last policy.. Civil, ******** and labour matters...

What is exactly they cover... How can I go appear in court they told me is covered.. I'm disappointed.. They let me down... Planning to cancel policy.. What they know we can give you lawyers who can help you.. But you'll pay them..
