unfairly poor service
<p>Compliant report </p> <p>Iam Matthew makhathinI, No:7 ********** 56 080,I joined clientale seeking for legal suites,it's been more than 24 months from now onwards,I've experienced a problem due to family law issues that required me to attend and get represented by my policy,i consulted clientale as I'm a client for a face to face legal assistance urgent,but unfortunately I didn't get helped i didn't get represented,when I phone clientale policy they said for me to get a lawyer in must pay extra cash in which I'm always paying my monthly premium quality in which is (R165),and I claimed for compensation they refused so how can you help me </p>

The policy due to their cover for me it became a non cover as member,so I reserve to be sent the investigation call which will prove to me that i got it wrong,ano look up for new legal policy which will serve my problems,pleasure.
