Unauthorised Debit Order

<p>I am a member of Clientele Legal and when i joned in October I stated clearly that I will pay the monthly premiums on the 25th of every month through a debit order.</p> <p> </p> <p>It is for the second time now in 3 months that Clientele decides to chenge the debit date to an earlier date. On both occassions the were no funds in the account. As a result the debit order was reversed which reflect badly on my credit record.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am extremely aggrieved by this unprofessional conduct. On the 15th of December 2016 I received a notification via sms that I should make a deposit into my account for Clientele's debit order.</p> <p> </p> <p>I called Clientele's offices at midday on the 15th where their epresentative advised me that they are running an account tracking function on my bank account, which meas they would not run the debit order until there was sufficient funds in the account.</p> <p> </p> <p>It is my bank account, even if i received funds for other purposes in my açcount they have no authority to debit for such funds unless it is the 25th.</p> <p> </p> <p>I cannot encourage any person to do business with Clientele. They dont walk the talk. They have poor business principles.</p> <p> </p>
