Unable to cancel policy- Refunds requires ASAP
I am livid to say the least. My mom, who is a pensioner have cancelled two policies in June 2023 but to date Clientele still automatically deducts from er account. This after she's received a written confirmation of cancellation on 25 July. It is worth noting that neither can be reversed on the app. What do one do, as their call centre agents are also of no assistance. One get send to and fro and get useless confirmations but every month, R1000 gets deducted for no reason at all.
