Totally Useless?

Terrible service. After numerous calls on a labour matter I have yet to speak to a lawyer. Matter suppose to be escalated to the supervisor but a day later no call back. Colleagues using other companies have resolved their problem already whilst I'm still in limbo waiting for a lawyer to call me back. Do not waste your money with these people they are a waste of time

What a beautiful response for helo peter but I'm reality nothing done. Received a call the next day from clientele and was informed that someone will be drafting a letter and forwarding this to me, to this day I have not heard from clientele, a week later. I called today and nobody knows what I am talking. Please guys do not waste your money with these guys makes me sceptical about the burial policy I have in place my family will fight when I'm gone. Stay away, terrible service, STAY AWAY?
