This company fails to deliver and takes forever to respond!
<p>I requested assistance with regards to a contract that I entered into, and because of non-performance on the part of the other party, I wish to cancel. This company takes forever to come back to their clients, and there is always some form of excuse as to why theycan't help. I have asked to meet with their managing director because their inability to deliver on the service I pay for, which is legal back-up. I also notice that there are a lot of complaints about their level of service, they may respond, but that doesn't change the scenario where they are failing to deliver. And they don't seem to have their head office number listed, you only get through to a call centre. Pathetic in the extreme.</p>
