They just misled me period

I have just had the worst experience with clientele legal , what you see on their advert is not what the actually do , They make it seem like they care and they will go to every extent to help you but its just a lie. <br> After I claimed and I only find out today that they do not cover pre existing matters. Meaning if you took loans way before and you get indebted and need assistance with them mediating with your debtors you will only get limited service. The guy didn't even have the courtesy of giving me a call. another question I have if I was an employee at my company (contract date 2009 March ) and my employer had given me 2 warnings before I was a member now that im a member in 2014 I get a dismal I will only get limited cover. this is just useless if that's how things work. and the fact that he only explained about the waiting period and I only hear about the pre existing matter story today is just not fair<br> The time I took the policy m sure I received 15 calls when they wanted my banking details. <br> ****Clientele Legal is an honest, easy and affordable way to get yourself a good lawyer<br> Maybe affordable but honest never! my money just went to waste!
