They deducted two premiums without my wife’s consent

am absolutely disgusted by the conduct of these consultants who have committed a heinous crime and *****ulent sales. Initially, they called my wife unsolicited, offering cover which she declined as it was unnecessary. However, the consultants persisted and attempted to sell us other products, but my wife only wanted a contract phone. The consultant assured her that she would transfer her to the correct department. Later on, a different lady called and spoke to my wife, telling her that she qualified for a phone that would be delivered soon and insured. She quoted a monthly payment of R358, which my wife agreed to. However, shortly after, we received a text message confirming a legal wise policy, which had nothing to do with the cell phone contract. These ****mers took advantage of My wife and it is abhorrent that they would stoop to such a despicable level to make a profit and to keep their sales targets. Furthermore, if these consultants fail to cancel the legal wise policy and refund the two installments that they deducted from my wife account, we will take swift legal action against them. We will not tolerate their behavior which has caused significant harm to person who is already financially vulnerable. Additionally, we will not hesitate to involve the ombudsman and fais to ensure that justice is served. This the text they sent us.
