They are refusing to cancel my policy
I so wish I can rate them a 0. I called them in the beginning of the month to cancel my policy (Their lawyers are not helpful at all). They are making it so difficult to cancel the policy as if am obliged/binded to be covered by them. Until today (Two weeks later) my policy is still not canceled. Is it even legal to be forced people to be covered by clientele???
