The Worst Service EVER-Lawayers AT Cleietele Legal are RUDE and unsympathetyic

I contacted Clientele legal on instruction from my mother who is a policy holder. I was transferred to the lawyers queue and spoke to a Mthobisi xaba who initially came on the line speaking very softly like he forgot he was at work. I asked him nicely to please raise his voice slightly in order for me to comprehend what he was saying. I proceeded to ask him to send me forms in which my mother, the policy holder would like to make changes to her Last Will and Testament. He refused to assist or to send me the forms stating security reasons and then i asked him how then can such changes be made telephonically if the policy holder does not have any access to a telephone because she does not own a cell phone. This guy spoke very abruptly and rudely - did not empathise with the issues the policy holder may have, was not polite or courteous in any manner shape of form. Disgusting Service!!! When I asked him to politely send me an email with the address details in order for the policy holder to visit Clientele to have the changes processed on the Will, he plainly refused the request sighting reasons of the fact that i have no business asking for anything because my mother who is a member of clientele legal has no access to a telephone. he even rudely and unfairly suggested that i give my phone to the policy holder. This guy interjected at every point and every request i had. There was no need to be extremely and utterly rude to people even though they are not your direct clients. It was weird because I am still going to have to deal with such rude lawyers that have no sympathy for other human beings and think just because they are graduates they have the right to bully law abiding citizens. I can imagine if this person would be able to provide good service or great advise if the actual policy holder was the one making the call. Our poor parents have this to deal with? then SA still has a long way to go to rid itself of black individual South Africans who educated themselves to think they can treat people like that just because they were once previously disadvantaged. I will make it a point i tell all my friends, colleagues, family and peers to rather take their hard earned money to another service provider who cares for people and their circumstances over and above their internal processes. BATHO PELE!!! South Africans expected Clientele Legal to be visible and reachable by the public at large and this is yet to be delivered.
