I want to just thank Clientele Legal Legal Advisor (Sibusiso Tshabalala) who assisted me in getting The Bed Shop to fit my pedastal handles. I bought a headboard and pedestals form The Bed Shop and on the day of delivery when I got back from work I discovered that it had different handles and the next day I contacted them to inform them that these were not the same handles I bought and they assured me that this will be sorted out in 2 weeks however after months of reminding them I was unsuccessful as they started getting rude as well as **** however I contacted Clientele legal who tirelessly got The Bed Shop to eventually own up to their responsibility to their client.
