<p>I was Very impressed by a certain Miss Carla Mkhawana(please forgive me if I spelled her surname incorrectly ) that I spoke to when I first called about my conveyancing matter. She was professional and straight to the point. She told me she was not responsible for opening new claims as she doesn't take calls but would take my instructions as I had already gotten through to her.
