Terrible service from clientele requested policy to be cancel 6 months ago but the still deducting from my salary
I took out this policy but and will not recommend them to anyone. When ever i send them an email there is never a immediate response, i need to send several emails before some actually gets back to me only for them to everytime tell me "we do not cover those kind of matters" hence me requesting 6 months ago for my policy to be canceled but up until now they are still deducting month from my bank account.
I hope this find its way to management where they can do the necessary as i am not been taken seriously.
This is really pathetic.
