Terrible Service

I canceled my policy five days before my debit order date, they still debited my account, I made several calls requesting to be refunded they've told me to wait 15 days for it to be processed, that 15 days has passed I still haven't received it. I'm not happy about this whole thing! how long does it take to be refunded? 365 days??
