Terrible service
I've been with clientele legal for over 3 years now and I am not happy with their service, I guess it's fine prints that I may have missed. I phoned them last week Tuesday 08.05.2018 to cancel my policy and I was transferred from one person to another and having to explain my story to each person (about 4 individuals). Eventually, after over 12min on the phone with them, the last person tells me that someone will phone me back to complete the cancellation process. To date I'm still waiting for their call. I struggled to receive service from them after I've been paying for over 3 years and then I also have to struggle to cancel it? Poor poor service this is!
