takes money when ever they feel like it.

On the 5th May 2015 i opened a clientele legal account and agreed that they could take funds out on the 27th of each month. They then decided to take it into their own discretion not only without my consent but without my knowledge to put a service on my account that works like a stop order. Its a day before i get paid and they decide to debit my last funds without me knowing. when i asked for them to put this back they tell me i need a bank statement otherwise they cannot do a refund. pathetic first experience with you guys, cancelled my policy on the spot! no wonder you guys are always advertising you always losing clients!
