SUPRISE SUPRISE..Traffic offences not covered

My partner has been paying his legal plan and was confident that in his time of need he would be covered.It so happened that he had problems with the law.he had crossed the barrier line and following that was mistreated by the traffic cop and threatened and eventually had a case opened against him.when my husband called clientele legal on the 12/01/2016 he was told sorry we don't cover any traffic related matter...we were shocked and we had to find other ways of finding a lawyer.a few days later the advert was saying \drunk and driving...we can assist you with a bail benefit.later I contacted the call centre as a potential customer and I was repeatedly asked if they cover traffic related cases and the answer was Yes we will even pay bail for you.I was shocked...what was the point of paying all these months to be cheated at the time of greatest need.your adverts and sales pitch are so so so misleading"
