stop ****ming people

i have a matter that is being prolonged from 2021. my matter was handed to an attorney which we did liase with and when we follow up with them the person is either at court and they dont return calls. we have paid numerous fees to get the correct details of the people to sue. we received a call today from another legal advisor today advising us that the Sheriff could not serve the summons as he cannot find the address that was on the summons. we were also told that the owner and the driver was served on one address, and the third party was not included on the summons, but when we spoke to another legal advisor were to told that we have to sue all three parties. we would a full refund from the time i took this policy so we can pay a proper attorney to handle this matter. when clientele advertise on tv they tell you that they have qualified legal advisors and attorneys to assist 24 hours.. i am very dissappointed the way my matter is being handled. i do not want any of the legal advisors to contact me, i need a director or manager to call.
