Thank you for raising your concerns with us.

You raised concerns that we obtained your contact number without your consent and that you were not interested in taking a legal product with us.

It is important to note that all our data is received from external suppliers. This data is sourced through multiple channels, namely, Credit Bureaus, Public Domain Information and Data Acquisitions.

As per your request we have also removed your details from our database. However, other companies who receive their information through the same channels may have your details and you could still be contacted for other promotional campaigns. Therefore, to prevent same from happening in future, please ensure that your information is listed on the 'Do Not Contact' list.

It is important to note that all our suppliers must adhere to national legislation and their data is checked against the national 'Do Not Contact' list hosted by the DMA. More information on this can be found at www.dmasa.org.

We trust you find this in order, however should you require any further assistance please feel free to contact us again.

Yours sincerely,
