Stinking and pathetic rude attitude

I went to Clientelle Rivinia on 01/12/2015 as I had an appointment with Patricia Ndlovu, I didn't find her when I got there and was told she was on half day leave, someone else assisted me in terms of divorce proforma. This morning I received a call from Patricia Ndlovu who was extremely rude and irritable with me, spoke to me like she was speaking to her child and said I was at fault for not saying I was going to the legal department, I kept telling her that I did but their building is being renovated therefore the people that I spoke to didn't know where I could find her hence I ended up with someone else to assist me on her behalf. She insulted me then hung up the phone on me.I want my policy with Clientele legal to be cancelled as I am not going to be belittled, disrespected and insulted by an *********** person who doesn't know nor understand their role in the organisation. I cannot begin to express how insulted I am at this pathetic and disrespectful woman and the way she spoke to me,.she continued insulting me and being extremely rude to me even after I told her not to speak to me like that as I was aware that she didn't have her facts straight of what happened yesterday.
