still waiting for assistance

i am a bit dissapointed, called and asked for legal represantation sunday the 8th of february. emailed required docs tuesday the 10th in the morning. it is sunday again i have not heard nothing at all. i do not have airtime to keep calling them and following up and why should i be the one harrasing them. i have spend r30 airtime when i called them because i was kept on hold most of the time and i do not have another 30r airtime. i honestly dont understand why they are taking long when i was promised 2days turn around time. did my money go to waste
