SPAM ADVERTISING FROM CLIENTELE

I keep receiving "canned" phone adverts from this company. I always select "1 and a rep will call you back". They always do phone back, and I ask them to remove my contact details from all Clientele databases. The calls continue once or twice a week. I thought companies were supposed to remove your name from their lists if you requested it??
