Shocking service, ***** and no accountability

Not even worth the one star. Absolutely shocking service and even worse customer service. They sold an incorrect policy to my domestic worker who pays R500 from her little wages, we have been trying to get the recording for over 4 months. I call, I email, I whatsapp - no response. They are *********** the poor and don't even care. When you call in, they use your airtime to advertise the various ways of contacting them for 20 minutes before the line cuts off. I have tweeted about this too, no response. They simply do not care
