Shocking service!!!

With the exception of Wessel, I have received shocking service regarding my case. I have been furnished with incorrect legal information, my documents were sent to an incorrect address, massive amounts of time has been wasted over the past THREE YEARS, and nobody has the decency to contact me to discuss these issues. In recent emails, I am now referred to as SIR!!!! I am female, and if the people concerned would only do their jobs properly and fami****ise themselves with my case, then this organisation would not have this barrage of bad reports regarding their service. The individuals to whom I am referring should be ashamed of themselves. Total lack of professionalism and empathy.
