Shocking service

I joined Clientele Legal in 2012.In January 2015, I needed them to represent me with a legal matter, Then they told us that they are only family lawyers (this is not what they told us when we signed up) then it was referred to the manager. This went on for a couple of months we started phoning several times a day as we wanted closure. Spoke to a manager on Monday he promised that he would get back to us before Monday midnight we tried to speak with him several times on Tuesday and Wednesday he was not available I have had eight months of frustration with Clientele Legal and today I cancelled all policies etc that I had with them.
