Services indirectly proportional to TV adverts

I joined clientele legal about 5 to 6 months and a whole lots was promised. Of the things they promised was to deliver the member card and provide me with a hardcopy of my contract after my first instalment was successful. My fist instalment went off successfully but over 2 months I did not receive any of that. Later on the 3rd month if not second I called with a matter and I advice them I have not received my card and contract and they promised it will be delivered and the addressed I confirmed was the one they had on theit system. Now its over 5 months if not 6 and I have not received any communication not what they promised and they continue you debiting my account. The level of unprofessionalism and false adverti*****t it's extremly disappointing.
