Second time you have let me down

This is the second time that I have has ZERO feedback from Clientele Lawyers and do not know why I pay each and every month to have a service that does nothing for me when called upon.<br> <br> I telephoned and spoke to Vongani with a problem and I even emailed her the issue and supporting documents.<br> <br> 2 days later, which to me is a very reasonable time period, I receive read receipts from her with no reply to my emails asking for a status update. Even is she has no news or resolution, at least have the common decency to reply back to me instead of ignoring my emails.<br> <br> It was a very basic labour question and I do not know why this is taking so long.<br> <br> I am seriously thinking about leaving Clientele Legal as what happens if I need you in a real big case or something, you will just let me down as always.<br> <br> PLEASE DO NOT PHONE ME - EMAIL ME
