My money was debited after even after I was told that my cancellation request was processed?. I requested a cancellation of the policy in March. They even sent me a notification that my request had been processed. But on the 7th of April R291 was debited on my account. I promise you clientele If I see someone from your company I WILL MAKE SURE THEY PAY MY MONEY BACK!!!, he or she will pay with their lives for my children's money. HOW DARE YOU CONTINUE TO TAKE FOOD FROM OUR MOUTHS!!!

I than received a call from a lady by the name of Lindiwe Mabizela. She explained your side of the story as the company but not only that she went further on and investigated my case. I just got off the phone right now from speaking to her, I am happy to confirm that my case has been sorted. I take my hat of for her excellent work. She was superb.
