**** **** **** !!!!

I have sent an email asking for help by your company January 07 and it’s the end of the month and I have gotten no response or attention? How is it that when it’s time to sell a policy you guys call and call and pressure a person however when it’s time to HELP and deliver on services your attitude is never minded I have to deal with Standard banks’ bad service seeking help from the lawyer I pay every month and I get an even worse service . You guys are taking my money for nothing !!!

I have a policy with 3 people on it and i pay a sufficient amount of money every month for the past +- 4 years and every single time i or any of the other other members attempted to seek help from you guys there was always a negative response no effort or interest no will to work or help us . The attitude of the people working or offering "HELP" is pathetic and LAZY!!!,

I ADVISE ANYONE CONSIDERING CLIENTELE LEGAL TO BE VERY WEARY RATHER RESEARCH MORE DO NOT FALL VICTIM TO BAD SERVICE AND BEING LET DOWN!!!

I want my policy CANCELED and if not all most of my monies refunded . I will NOT pay for services i do not receive . The employees at Clientele are getting paid through our hard earned monies that is being debited every month for what? To either never respond or never be able to fight for the client.

I will be looking for a lawyer or company that delivers on they promises .

I want my money BAC****!!
