I have been a client for 3 years and I need their help on a construction case. This is now a year and something later. They do not read e-mails properly, they do not respond in time, they keep on passing the bucket. A claim for over R36,000.00 has been said is to small and told that I have to go to the small claims court and do not need a lawyer. That is after a year of calls and e-mails and quotations that have to be send on numerous occasions Never could speak to a lawyer. Can never speak to someone in charge. All letters are send without any person or number to it so that you can speak to someone.

Never could I even get a name of a lawyer who is dealing with my case. Promises are made and that is it.
