Ripping me off and liers
<p> I took a legal policy and asked for 2 extra members my mom and sister because I don't have their details then I asked for the call centre lady to call me back the following day there wasn't any call. Now I want to claim for my mom and the issues is she is not listed as member but they have been deducting premiums for 3 members. I called the call centre to add the I'm being told my premiums will have to increase, why cause the policy still the same? Will have to wait for 3 months again like a new policy, why cause those are the people that I have asked to be included when I took the policy. This is just pure *******. </p>
