response time takes too long.

I recently got fired at work and before that I went to a hearing, I requested advice from clientele legal and they unfortunately did not help me. Now I got fired and the company did not follow procedures upon firing me.. I called clientele for help to take the matter further as i am really hurt and angry but your representative said i must expect a call in 24 to 48 hrs!! Now how could wait that long??? She did not even hear what my query was. Im a loyal member and i deserve the services that i pay for monthly. Please assist me as i really feel cheated but both my employer and you guys.
